Vallarta Medical Network does not process payments or charge in advance on behalf of doctors, clinics or hotels. Be wary of any request for advance payment to personal accounts or outside official channels.

Confirm the professional's identity

Before traveling or undergoing a procedure, confirm the doctor's license number and certifications directly with the practice or hospital.

Watch out for offers that seem too good

Prices far below market rate, pressure to decide immediately, or communication exclusively through informal messaging are warning signs.

Report a problem

If you suspect a fake profile, identity impersonation, or an attempted fraud related to the platform, report it using the general contact form.
